Hello Marcy!

Welcome back! It's good to see you again. We are all glad your here and ready to do the induction with a LARGE percentage of us here on the List. Some of us started right after Christmas, some started on the First and some on the second. I gained 8 pounds over the holidays so I am in that cheating boat too. I'm working on it and I'm happy that your back to work on it with all of us.

Marcy!!! Sooooo glad you're back! I always do better on the diet when Marcy is around - and besides - she's lots of fun! If I recall, Marcy had lunch once with our fearless leader, Terry, and her husband Art! And forgot the camera.
