Guest guest Posted February 9, 2001 Report Share Posted February 9, 2001 Can anyone advise me on menstration following lysis of adhesions? I´m late and getting worried that something´s wrong. My last period was on Jan 3. On Jan 10 I had a hyst/lap to remove adhesions. A catheter was fitted for 5 days after the op then replaced by an IUD (still fitted), and I was on estrogen for 15 days. Last year my periods were arriving on or around the 1st of every month except one period in Dec which was 6 days late. I´m now about a week late and surprised as I thought following the treatment it would come sooner. I feel so anxious. Should I be worried? I´d be grateful for any advice.
