WAHOO!! It's almost 60 degrees here so I drug my recumbent bicycle

out of the garage and went for a ride outside. It was so nice to

feel the wind in my hair after riding the stationary bike in front

of the TV all winter. I managed to ride around the section and

around town a bit for a total of 6 miles, in spite of the headwind

that I encountered when riding back to town. That was definitely a

brutal mile.
