Guest guest
I'm going to > give that Marshmallow Root tea a try. Do you know if it's yeast free? > , women on the IC support group are using it AND antiyeast measures at the same time so I say it is yeast free. It is the root of the Marsh Mallow plant. A plant that grows in the marshes. It looks like twings and shaved wood. No relation to the fluffy 100% sugar white puffy marshmallows! :-) Lynn

Guest guest
> Would marshmellow root tea be low oxalate? I don't know that... Does low oxalate work for you? It doesn't work for too many people. Do you use the calcium citrate? You might just have to give it a try and do it one time..let a day go by and if you don't see a difference..it's safe.
