Jackie, I have gained 10 lbs! I've been drinking blended mochas EVERY day and I just found out they have like 95 crabs! 8( I just started back to low carb again. I joined this site, http://www.kimkins.com/index.php and hope it works as well for me, as it has others. Off to the grocery store tomorrow to shop for my food. Great job losing!!! Go Jackie! Trista said she hoped everyone had a good Sunday. And I did. How about everyone else? My son, dil and their 4 kids went camping yesterday. They will come home on the next Sunday. This is the longest I've been alone in years. lol I've been sharing a household with son/dil/kids for 5 years. Before that I had a young woman living with me who I was helping out. All alone! Woo-hoo!!! The weekend weather has been clear with a bright blue sky. The temp yesterday and today was 102. Fall weather! At least here in the desert. Sharon

Lunch: Lo-carb Lean Cuisine with added veggies Snack: No sugar Moose Tracks Ice-cream Dinner: Hamburger patty cooked in Wasabi sauce w/mushrooms Salad or broccoli, cauli, or mixed veggies Snack: Cottage cheese with peaches or strawberries and homemade whipped cream sweetened with Splenda. I drink at least 48 oz of water a day, I have a couple cups of milk a day, and I have 4 oz of Ginger Ale in the mornings to take my thyroid pill with. That’s only because I can’t drink water on an empty stomach, and you’re suppose to take your thyroid pills ½ to 1 hr before a meal. We bought an inside grill too and it has worked out really well to grill chicken breasts, and then we make mushroom gravy to go over it, and it is Yummy! I use the packaged gravy even tho the strict lo-carbers say that’s a no no. I just go by what works for me. It’s a trial and error. Bon Appetite`…….Smiles, Jackie in
