Guest guest Posted October 3, 2006 Report Share Posted October 3, 2006 Today I did my monthly weigh in, and I am 6 pounds less than last month. I didn’t forbid myself from eating anything, I just relaxed and ate with the hunger fullness. I enjoyed chocolate and vanilla pudding for breakfast sometimes and ice-cream drumsticks for lunch occasionally (never on the same day. Blech!) I even ate that crazy autumn mix of candy corn and candy pumpkins. Now it sounds like that was all I ate all month. No I ate veggies and regular food too. I hope this encourages the newbies. I don’t always loose so much in a month so I am pleased. I don’t know how much more weight I need to lose because I have a lot of excess skin, but I think possibly 20 more from eating right. The rest might have to be plastic surgery, ouch. I am just letting me be me and if I lose I lose. PS. I still want to snack sometimes and I battle it out. Oh, and I have to have some further tests tomorrow because of a mammogram I had a couple of weeks ago. It could be nothing but I would appreciate your prayers.
