It is very painful for me. I go Thursday to have the Potassium Sensitivity Test. I'm scared, because the Dr. said it can be very painful. Trista (He's starting me on Elmiron, Atarax, and Elavil, which I'm already taking. ) Today's Dr visit I went to the Dr's today & she tested my urine & said there wasn't an infection! She gave me Ditropan to take 3x a day 5mg. I peed 3x when I was at the Dr's office in 45min time. I took my first dose of the med at 4pm & the first time I peed was 7pm!!! Can you tell I'm excited?? Maybe I'll be able to sleep tonight. I have cotton mouth & my eyes feel like I slept in my contacts but at least I'm not going through reams of toilet paper. It never bothered me at all to DO procedures on others, but for me to be the patient... yikes! LOL. Trista (Welcome to you and DH. I'm not sure if I said that yet. I started 1 1/2yrs ago with bladder issues that were mildly annoying. Now it's so bad I needed medicine. Would this be considered a progression of the MS? E. Colorado "Insanity runs in my family.
