.........LOL. They are certainly motivational aren't they? Gotta

love em. Basicaly you come and read and post and reply as often as

you like (for the first 2 months I was here almost non stop)...wiegh

in are officialy fridays and mondays I think - just post your high

weight, current weight and goal weight (optional). I personaly don't

do regualr weigh ins...I weigh myelf every day and 90% of the time

feel the need to be hapy or crab with someone about it :-)

Good luck,

Welcome Luna, Your not alone on this I think we all wonder where and

when we gained all our weight. The group is simple you weigh in

whenever you see a loss or whenever you start your road to

weightloss. We try for Monday but everyone has different methods of

weigh in and different days they try to weigh in. We are not strict

on that we are mostly here to support and help when we need it and

encourage those who are doing great and inspiring us. Hope you enjoy

it I know I do...San

Hi, My story goes something like this. I've had problems with being

overweight my whole life. Several times I lost, say, 50 pounds or so

and kept it off for several years. But back in 1994 I was put on

Paxil. I was a jogger. I loved to jog and at first the paxil gave me

all this energy. I used to jog maybe 2 miles or so 5-6 days a week

and all of a sudden I could do 3 miles, then 4, then 5, and then I got

up to 6 miles a day. One time and one time only I actually jogged 8

miles straight. I could eat practically whatever I wanted. And then

I had a bad breakup with my boyfriend at the time and it was right

before the holidays. So I told myself, I'll take it easy for a couple

months and really get back into it after the first of the year. Well

that first of the year never came. I have since gained somewhere

around 60 pounds and I am disgusted with myself. I don't understand

how I could let myself go like this. So I'm hoping that by joining

this group, I'll have some motivation and maybe meet some new friends.

I'll tell you just from reading some of the posts here I already feel

motivated. If it wasn't almost 9 p.m. I think I would go out right

now for a run. Anyway, could someone tell me how this group works,

like when the weigh ins are, etc....... Anyway, thanks for listening

and I wish everyone out there the best of luck.

Hi everyone

My name is Angi and I live in Central Wisconsin. I have been on the

points WW since May 15 in the online version. Have so far lost 28

pounds. Kind of at a plateau right now so hoping to get some

inspiration from all of you.

I am married and have two children ages 11 and 13. I work for an

internet service provider and love to scrapbook.

I am looking forward to getting to know you all.

Hi Angi,

I love scrapbooking too! I'm going on a retreat this weekend with 6 girlfriends

just to scrapbook! Two of us are on WW so I am not worried about staying on

program. We may work in a few hikes while we are up there too. Welcome!

always has something helpful and great to say. I have learned so much here.

It is great. Can't wait to get to know you better.

As for me I am 27, have 2 young boys and a part time job. I have lost 19

pounds since I joined the group in the summer of 2002 and have 29 more

Caro,

Welcome! I am Gena, in Alaska, 37 married with 2 girls. At my heaviest

2 yrs ago I was 284 pounds. So far I am 200. A stone is like 14 pounds

right? Congrads on losing the weight. I know how it can creep up. I had

a slip this summer and gained 10 pounds back. I have lost 5 of those

but still working on 5 more plus i want to lose about another 30-40. I

look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome Eva, you know what they say.. " third time's the charm " . I have a

feeling that you will do great on WW this time and become a Lifetimer, no

problem! Just keep focused.. you can do it.. think how great you felt at

126 and keep that in your mind as you get closer and closer to goal this

time. :)
