They are certainly motivational aren't they? Gotta love em. Basicaly you come and read and post and reply as often as you like (for the first 2 months I was here almost non stop)...wiegh in are officialy fridays and mondays I think - just post your high weight, current weight and goal weight (optional). I personaly don't do regualr weigh ins...I weigh myelf every day and 90% of the time feel the need to be hapy or crab with someone about it :-) Good luck, Ang > Hi, My story goes something like this. Guest guest
Welcome Luna, Your not alone on this I think we all wonder where and when we gained all our weight. The group is simple you weigh in whenever you see a loss or whenever you start your road to weightloss. We try for Monday but everyone has different methods of weigh in and different days they try to weigh in. We are not strict on that we are mostly here to support and help when we need it and encourage those who are doing great and inspiring us. Hope you enjoy it I know I do...San > Hi, My story goes something like this. I've had problems with being > overweight my whole life. Guest guest
Welcome Luna. Tina New To Group Hi, My story goes something like this. I've had problems with being overweight my whole life. Several times I lost, say, 50 pounds or so and kept it off for several years. But back in 1994 I was put on Paxil. I was a jogger. I loved to jog and at first the paxil gave me all this energy. I used to jog maybe 2 miles or so 5-6 days a week and all of a sudden I could do 3 miles, then 4, then 5, and then I got up to 6 miles a day. One time and one time only I actually jogged 8 miles straight. I could eat practically whatever I wanted. And then I had a bad breakup with my boyfriend at the time and it was right before the holidays. So I told myself, I'll take it easy for a couple months and really get back into it after the first of the year. Well that first of the year never came. I have since gained somewhere around 60 pounds and I am disgusted with myself. I don't understand how I could let myself go like this. So I'm hoping that by joining this group, I'll have some motivation and maybe meet some new friends. I'll tell you just from reading some of the posts here I already feel motivated. If it wasn't almost 9 p.m. I think I would go out right now for a run. Anyway, could someone tell me how this group works, like when the weigh ins are, etc....... Anyway, thanks for listening and I wish everyone out there the best of luck. Luna

Guest guest
Welcome Eva, you know what they say.. " third time's the charm " . I have a feeling that you will do great on WW this time and become a Lifetimer, no problem! Just keep focused.. you can do it.. think how great you felt at 126 and keep that in your mind as you get closer and closer to goal this time. ~~ New to group > Hello All, > I'd just like to introduce myself as a new member. > I rejoined weight watchers today, seeing as the weight has been > plastering itself to my body without my permission for far too long. > Right now I am 192 lbs and the heaviest I've ever been in my whole > life, I'm fed up of looking in the wardrobe every day at beautiful > clothes that I haven't been able to wear for a long time. > This is the third time that I've joined WW, both times before I was > extremely successful, but each time I fell off the wagon before I > actually made it to goal.
