Guest guest Posted August 24, 2002 Report Share Posted August 24, 2002 I told you it wasn't easy....lol. But after trying to lose weight for the last 20 years with no success this does work. I didnt give up everything at once. I gave up salt (former Miss I salt everything before eating it) and then the next week I gave up breads. Just giving up all salt took away so many cravings. I haven't had a taco chip, pretzel, or cheetoes (former miss cheetoes 2002) in a month. I used to eat bags of those things. It was the darn salt...lol.If I can do this plan believe me ANYONE can do it. You just have to give up one thing and get that confidence that says I can do anything now. I felt so good I went on two walks today. They weren't 5 mile ones but atleast I got out of the house because I want to reach my goals.
