Hi , I get this. I didn't even think it could be related to the implants but it must be. I get the achy, gross feeling in my legs. It feels like the only way to get relief other than walking is if I could unzip myself. I know it sounds wierd but then again, it's a pretty wierd feeling in my legs too. I know I wanted mine explanted but am really scared. I've received great support from this group and will respond shortly to all the e-mails I've received. Love to all, TraciGMCLADY98@... wrote: You girls have this ? Oh Lynda, I get this once in a while and gets so upset with me. He has told me that he gets restless leg syndrome when he is very tired. This is one of the most reported conditions in most all of the women, next to the painful feet. My doctors have prescribed calcium and vitamin D, but I am afraid to take these drugs because of my GI problems.

Sending love always.....Lea

I had that at night, but found that taking magnesium gylcinate made it go away. and Traci,

I get this creepy feeling as well. I know it is from the implants. FACT It is a little weird feeling and not in same place always, jumps around, crawling feeling. Dr. Kolb says that is from bio-toxins and I have to get them out of my body, through detox. I never did this prior to implants, only had them little over a year. I know for sure it is from them nasty toxic bags of crap.

there are several forms of magnesium, including caltrate. Do you think it matters what form of magnesium it is?LaurieOn Jan 5, 2007, at 7:17 AM, Lynda wrote:I had it for years, but two months after starting the magnesium glycinate, the RLS almost disappeared.LyndaAt 11:38 PM 1/3/2007, you wrote:>Lynda,>>Thanks for the info I appreciate that. Question for: " auntsisnj " < how long did you have the implants before

you got explanted.

I had saline breast implantation two months ago. Three weeks after

surgery, I experienced dry eyes (itchy, burning), dry mouth,

arthralgias (joint pain) and myalgias (muscle aches specially on the

lower extremities at night on rainy days). My explant is scheduled

for 1/16/07.

I am convinced that the reason I experienced the symptoms so soon is

because I already had a medical device placed ten years ago in my leg

(plate and screws). My only symptom after that implat was dry eyes.

My immune system was alreay challenged with a foreign body then.

I had my implants for six months before I had them explanted, but I

got sick within a few weeks just like you did. I wanted them out

sooner than six months, but my husband and I didn't see eye to eye

on that situation and finally I took charge of my body and had them

out. Best wishes with your explant, it's a wise decision. Getting

them out wasn't an instant cure - it seemed like I noticed alot of

changes for the better at the six month point and it's been

continuing to improve ever since. The change of seasons from winter

to summer helped quite a bit.

,

Mine did. There's a big difference between how I felt one year ago

and today. Last January (2 months post-explant) my knees were so

sore, as were my ankles and fingers. So far this January my knees

haven't gotten sore, nor my ankles, and my fingers are much better.

My thumbs are still a little swollen but nothing like last year.

I had it for years, but two months after starting

the magnesium glycinate, the RLS almost disappeared.

My naturopath said that magnesium glycinate is the most absorbable.

Thanks Sis , I have to say 3 mths after explant going on 4 I do feel a lot better...not 100% but a lot better ! I'm off the muscle relaxers I was on for 3 years several times a day, so that's a real plus ! I just wish we could do something about this ! We were never told of the symptoms and just reading this board of all the other women with the same symptoms should be proof enough of what these implants did to us !

, I'm glad to hear that you're seeing improvement. Just being

off of the muscle relaxers is a huge step. I took them a few years

ago after I hurt my back and they made me so depressed, I decided it

wasn't worth taking them, so I'm glad you no longer need them. It is

amazing that so many of us have gotten sick and continue to be

ignored. Thankfully we have eachother.
