Guest guest
Ephedrine tends to have the same effect as caffeine. Many products contain it, but it's certainly not the safest thing out there. I know for me, it makes me very jittery and makes my heart rate pulse quickly...certainly not something I want to have to worry about for myself. Xenadrine is an over the counter product. My boyfriend takes it and seems to like it, without having any side effects, but I've never taken it myself. There was a report on Xenadrine on the local news a few nights ago. It compared Xenadrine to Xenical, which is the doctor-prescribed version. It didn't list anything like possible side effects or if it's bad to take it...It just simply reported that folks taking Xenadrine had better results in weightloss and losing inches than those taking Xenical. Sorry I couldn't be more informative! What exactly is ephrine? It's in some of the diet pills like Metabolife, etc. There is another diet pill out called Xedrine or something like that which is suppose to be free of ephrine. Any info on this? Guest guest
I take Xenedrine...it is an appetite supressor...the recomended dose is 2 pill 2 times a day. I am small so i only take 1 pill 1 time a day and it totally kills my appetite. i tried taking 2 as is directed but my heart began to beat very fast. you can get xenedrine at any GNC store. Xenical on the other hand is NOT an appetite supressor. It also is not over the counter. you need a perscription. It is taken at meals and it effects your digestive system. Xenical prevents 1/3 of the fat you eat at each meal you take the pill at from being digested. the 2 are Very different.
