Guest guest
Helen, it sounds so good to know you are drug free! My husband is down with RRMS and he is taking the liofen for spasticity. We were talking about givin it up. While we have started him on the glyconutrients, why not give up liofen and look for a natural product that can cause a good effect?? What do you take for spasticity? His right leg is so stiff, he has to take something that can bring it down. Hope to hear from any of you. Guest guest
Hi H, I have used TCM, supplements, diet changes and am doing great now. I should learn yoga as I have always been a shallow breather for sure. I have to always work on my breathing, when I was sick that was a real challenge getting enough breath. What is reflexolgy?? Guest guest
Hi Roopa- TCM stands for Traditional Chinese Medicine...which includes acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbology...sometimes Tui Nua (which is like eastern massage) is also used in treatments, and Qi Gong, and Tai Chi are excercises also sometimes added in for getting the energy moving. When going for TCM treatments it all depends on the practitioner and diagnosis (from an eastern theory standpoint) for what modalities are used. Roopa Prasad wrote: What is TCM ???
