, I understand what you are saying, and my journey has just started. My best outlet is nne she gives me support and encouragement. I was always the one giving support, and now I'm the one being supported. I'm tired almost all the time and it's a pain, I'm working on wooden model ships, and for a while just sat at the computer playing games, well yesterday nne told me that I should work on my ship and get away from the computer. I did and now I'm back at it and have a goal to meet. I am lucky in that I'm 65+ and actually still waiting to get the actual diagnosis everyone is 99%sure I have MS but the MRI's don't show more lesions so all I really know is that I have a autoimmune disease. I catch myself feeling sorry for myself and do everything I can to change my mood by looking at all the good things I have around me. Sometimes just talking about it and not feeling alone helps. Another thing I try to do is to avoid the

local news because it is always depressing. At present time I am taking 30 mg of Cymbalta per day and it has been helping. I also take Vitamin D to help cope with the many cloudy days we have been having. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.God BlessChuckWhen life throws you a curve, wait for the next pitch and hit a homerun __________________________________________________
