Guest guest
Hi , This is really uncomfortable stuff, but I assure you it is completely normal. The symptoms will go away in time. Have you had a consult with ? I don't want to make any suggestions if she's already given you a protocol. How's your diet? Sugar, refined flour, and all kinds of food additives will exacerbate these symptoms, so avoid them at all costs. Hang in there, keep reminding yourself that it's all from the withdrawal, and know that this really is time-limited. It'll be better soon. We're with you! Guest guest
, Whenever I make a cut in my AD I feel tired and have at times felt weakness, lethary too. It does go away as my body adjusts to the new dose. Drink lots of water and by all means rest when you need to. " D " > > > Hi everyone, > > I have a new symptom, very weak legs. Guest guest
, When I came off cipromil my thighs were so weak, I used to hit them to make sure they were still there ( not recommended!) It does pass, as Kim says just keep telling yourself it's withdrawal. Love
Guest guest
Weak legs, numbness in thighs & calves, burning feet .....all common to many of us on this list. If I walk in long grass & can't see my feet contact on the ground ....I feel like I'm sea-sick J > > Hi everyone, > I have a new symptom, very weak legs. Guest guest
Hi , The sugar will definitely increase the weakness and restless-legs symptoms. We're all accustomed to seeing sugar as something " naughty " but good, and just giggling a little when we're " bad " and eat it--but actually it is a dietary choice with a powerful negative effect on our wellbeing. Most of us have been conditioned to see sugar as associated with weight issues, when really it is so much more. It is an Anti-nutrient, and far more malign than anyone likes to admit. It took me five years to fully accept the fact that sugar is poison to me (how's that for an addiction!), but now that I have fully eliminated it from my life, I feel SO much better in so many ways! This isn't a lecture--I just keep trying various ways of getting this point across. I'd like to see other people taking less than five years to understand this! Keep writing--we're glad to hear from you. It sounds like you're doing a great job! And do switch that magnesium over. You'll notice the difference. Guest guest
> Hi Kim, I've definetly noticed the difference in my body since my sugar overdose, lol! My legs do an Irish jig every morning:) Normally I eat very little sugar, but must say the salt cravings are full on since withdrawal began. Are dried apricots okay? I know fruit sugar isn't great, but I'm having dried apricot cravings. Thanks for your nice email! > Hi , > > The sugar will definitely increase the weakness and restless-legs symptoms. > > We're all accustomed to seeing sugar as something " naughty " but good, > and just giggling a little when we're " bad " and eat it--but actually > it is a dietary choice with a powerful negative effect on our > wellbeing.
