They should see you even without the referral or a script, but sometimes it helps to have the referral in advance for insurance purposes. BTW, I saw your earlier post that you live in MO by Bannister mall. My dad lives in Blue Springs, and my grandmother lived right by Bannister mall for 40 yrs until she moved to a retirement home in Raytown a couple of months ago. Also, I lived in Blue Springs and then Stillwell (right by Overland Park) for a while when I was younger.
