Treatment possibilities for Rett's Syndrome

Hello dear group:

A friend of mine just got her little girl diagnosed w Rett's :-(....

She is a single mom, works as a receptionist in a public hospital (earns a

misery) I remember at 2009 LIAs conference in AZ we heard Dr K talk about his

intervention on helping a girl w this problem. I am searching my notes and

looking for the conference book, if someone can help me w specific input, I will

be very happy, this little girl is 1.8 yo, her name is Jackie, her mom is a

fighter and a lovely lovely person who really is all alone and is very sad. She

was abandoned by her " husband " when she was 8 mos pregnant, the man hasn't even

showed up to meet the baby, so all she has around is the Girl Power (we friends

moms of special kids gathered the money for the first supplements for the baby,

all from kirkman) and her Faith to support her.
