For my daughters broken arm the beginning of summer I would wand a few minutes a

couple of times a day (especially if it was hurting or was starting some

inflamation...with this we used very few pain killers). I also rotated with the

laser a few times a day (aimed into both the bottom & top of the cast as our

cast did not remove)

Not only did we end up using a min of pain killers, she ended up with a reduced

cast time than was anticipated & recovery went very well.

My biggest suggestion is rotate in a laser a well if possible. If you're able to

using a Lightworks I used (rotating paddle sides both Red & Infrared) " G " to

reduce as much as possible the inflamation & " C " for muscles & bones.

wand on it along with panaway essential oil (Young Living). For those of you

who've used the wand for pain/healing, how long are you wanding a certain area?

I just do it for a few minutes and then put the removable cast back on. It just

happened yesterday so I haven't done much wanding yet.
