If you don't mind my asking, where were you going to be getting the

passive helmet? My orthotist didn't know what passive or active was

either, he said that the helmet applied 3 pounds of pressure per sq

in, so it was probably active...... I have never been told

technically that my helmet was passive, but since it was a full

helmet and not a " band " , I assume it is passive. Regardless, I wish I

had done what you are doing now (when she was 8 months old). The

helmet my daughter got did help with her flat spot, but not the

forehead bossing. I am making an appt with LA CT too. Maybe I'll see
