Hi,

Don't be so sure, we've had parents get refunds under the same

circumstances. I must have missed your original post, sorry about

that.

I agree w/Dustie, something is not right if your ortho doesn't know

the difference between the bands. The key to success w/these bands

and helmets is the ortho's experience!!

You really should get a second opinion from someone that has

experience treating plagio babies and banding. Keep us posted.
