Carolyn, funny you should mention cheese. I just bought a block of

Canadian Black Label VERY sharp white cheddar .... not opened yet. I did

already have a nice wedge of imported Danish blue, from which I just cut

off a piece and put on Club crackers (blue cheese is great eaten in small

pieces with red seedless grapes and apple bites, too). Cheese is a

weakness for me, and I try to limit it but it doesn't always work ....
