Guest guest
Cheryl in AZ, I have gone 20 years with this pain, and only just now have been put in the care of a CBT. I have only seen her once so far, but am scheduled for weekly 'sessions'. I fear I have been gabbing her ear off too much already, but as I can't talk about my problem to anyone else, it is a major help for me emotionally. I can't wait to see how well she can help me with my pain! -Panda --- Cheryl in AZ wrote: > Second step: Once you have some relief from the meds and feel like > tackling this more aggressively, find a counselor or psychologist or > therapist with expertise in chronic pain management.
