yesterday, was not that good. I had a piece of apple pie that kicked my

calorie intake over.. but i had 4 servings of veggies, 7 glasses of

water, not alot of junk either.. We just walked around wal-mart for

awhile (1/2 hour or so). Today, i did cardio cicruit 1 for 45 minute..

ugh! i can't get the foot work that comes in the " total body cardio

cicruit " anybody else have the problem? i am not cordinated enough. :)
