Guest guest
Hi Ladies! Lorna here in Minnesota. I'm 2 months postop and feeling great. Down about 37 pounds all ready. Anyway, Dr. K. warned me that my periods might get heavier with the surgery and weight loss. He wasn't kidding! My question is this...will they slow down at all over the months as I stabilize or am I destined to deal with Niagra Falls every 3 weeks like it's been the past 2 months? If not, I see a hysterectomy in my future. It's ridiculous. I literally soak and overflow pads in a couple hours. I'm taking my all my supplements, including iron. I feel fine so far, but I'm worried about anemia. People at work have mentioned I look a little pale...and they're nurses like me. Advice? Ideas? I've got my 3 month check up scheduled. Do they do labs at 3 months? If not, I'm going to schedule some of my own. Thanks in advance... Lorna
