Hello All.

Happy New Year to everyone and my prayer is that we all experience a healthy and

prosperous 2007. In regards to eye swellings, I've experienced swelling in my

right eye prior to diagnosis. I, nor my doctors knew what was happening. My

eyes checked out okay and simple drops were given for " dry eyes " . Without any

answers from the doctors, I concluded it was Stills related.

Eye problems/Kineret

Hello all.

I wish you all a very HAPPY and HEALTHIER 2007!!

I have recieved tremendous benefit from Kineret when it comes to my eye

problems.

About a year after the onset of SD, my right eye would become inflamed and the

eyeball and the lid would be very red, swollen and sore. I saw an eye doctor

about every 6 weeks trying to figure out what could help it. After many tests

and different drops, it was concluded that it was caused by the SD and nothing

was going to work. Well, about a yr ago? i started Kineret for the SD. It does

help with the SD symptoms but, it has done miracles for my eyes. (My left eye

now also becomes inflamed just like the right if I miss a shot.) So, if any of

you are having any eye problems with no solutions, try Kineret.

Also, I wanted to ask.....if I miss only one shot, I get all symptoms of SD;

fever, terrible sore throat, muscle and joint pain. Does this happen to any of

you?

Thanks for you imput.
