DO the intro - try at least...the soup days are to begin starving the

yeast and other gut bugs...it also makes them hungry enough to accept

foods they would not otherwise. Keep it simple and shift to whole

foods only, esp meats and veggies, limited fruit. Our son lived on

El Pollo Loco for three months and green apples raw and peeled...and

made gains the whole time. crazy. He now accepts a it of broccoli

and asparagus, seriously, and eats my drumsticks, organic, from whole

foods that i raost in the oven for him and make very crispy....get

the iff and ige food test done so that you can tailor any diet

approach to YOUR childs injuries and issues.....
