Well I find it very hard to believe that I'm doing the full basic

tape from start to finish. A week or so ago, I thought I was going

to die after only 15 minutes. I don't always do the double time

stuff and I pause the tape for 15 seconds or so every once in a

while, but I do get through the whole thing.

I'm surprised that my abs seem a little tighter. Surprised because I

haven't been doing this for very long. I also seem to be able to do

the ab crunches on the BowFlex a little better (and longer) than

before. I guess it's all that leg action.

My god, Tae-Bo really does work, doesn't it? Lh yeah, I definetely

have to do some more. So, how many times a week to you guys train? Do

you do it alone or with friends? How does that happen? Do you get up

in the morning, turn on the VCR and just jump into it?

I wonder if there are Tae-Bo-video's here in Belgium in

regular shops. When I saw the tv-commercial, you had to call a

certain number to get it cause it wasn't found in regular

shops. My Tae-Bo instructor did some workshops and took a Tae-

bo-class and got some sort of Tae-bo-certificate. Although,

I'm not sure if it's official, cause I read once that there

were only six people in the US who had an official Tae-Bo

certificate, so if there are only six in the USA, I wonder if

there are any in Belgiu.

Love, h

BJ,

Way to go on getting through the whole basic workout! I knew it would

be no time before you made it through the whole thing :)

Congratulations!

h,

Did your instructor come to the US and personally train with

Blanks? If she didn't, then I would say that she doesn't have an

official Tae-Bo certification! Either way, it sounds like your class

is fun and that you enjoy it :)
