Carol...that's exactly why I was afraid to buy the impact tapes <VBG>. I

have already outgrown my house and don't have a spot (except the middle of

the living room) for a free standing bag...but I've gone ahead and bought

the tapes. So I'll have to see how long I can hold out before buying a bag

anyway!

Oh Carol, You are tooo funny!!!! I CANNOT wait to try my bag. Get

this, I just got my bag today (moments ago), and almost had a heart

attack when I saw the UPS guy back into my driveway (I nearly gave my

husband a heart attack by the way I acted too ....hee..hee) Anway,

my husband is doing me a big favor by bringing it in the house from

the garage and opening up the box while I'm making lunch with....um

scissors (yes scissors) Needless to say he " grazed " the top of my

bag and put a small cut in it already!!! Can you believe that

sh**?!!!! He felt much worse than I did though. Groan Groan Groan.

I am going to have to get some vinyl patch stuff for it IMMIDIATLEY

so it doesn't worsen. This is the bag I got off e-bay and only paid

$50 for it. It is totally bran-new, but we did put some water in it

and sure enough it is leaking a bit. We are hopeful that we can put

some plastic bonding stuff on it to seal. Otherwise, I will just use

sand... Anyway, I may have to rush to Wal-Mart to get my stuff and

hopefully be able to use the bag tomorrow... Speaking of using the

bag, what stores sell Impact? I have yet to buy that and I havn't

got gloves yet either cuz I was going to try to find them used and a

bit cheaper than $50. But, just don't know if I can wait that long

now....

Let me know what you think of AL12! For some reason it really killed

me this last time (meaning I really felt it in my butt...LOL)! I

don't remember feeling it that much the first time I tried it. Maybe

I was just REALLY concentrating this time...LOL! I can't wait to

hear what you think of Impact! I have a feeling you're going to LOVE

Hi - yes I liked AL12, but it's not one of my favorites. Of

course that's very hard to tell as I've only done it once. I can't

wait to get Tae-Bo Impact, however, I don't think it will be this

week-end as I live over an hour away from Best Buy and I don't think

I can make it this week-end (but am still hopeful anyway)

Hi Darcy,

I LOVE #12! The pushups and the end of this tape are killer.

Sometimes in my martial arts class the instructor loves to torture us

with those type of pushups and I usually can keep up with him and the

other blackbelts. I feel so strong when I do and others are

struggling so much. I have and Cathe F. to thank for testing

me on those first. AL#12 and AL#11 are my absolute favorites.

Well I braved it and did my tax returns...after doing a good Taebo workout

<G>. This is the first year at a new job so I wasn't sure how things would

turn out...all I can say is YIPPEEEEEEE WOOHOOOO YEAAAAA...looks like there

might be a bag in my future! My refund was much much much more than I

expected!!!

Don't know, but I think it would be better to do taebo after doing

your taxes (That way, you can have the impression that you're

punching out the govt!!! At least, I know that's how I'll feel once

I do my tax return... LOL)

Colleen, awesome news about your tax return!!! My best friend has

been doing Tae-Bo with me for a couple of months now (she's really

getting the bug lately like us!) Anyway, after kicking my bag about

twice she decided she really needed one too!!
