Hormone level test results

Does anyone know what normal hormone levels are. I just got tested for the

following. There is a normal range provided but I don't know if it is that

accurate or not, especially for the free testosterone. Last time I got my T

tested I did not do free. My overall was 328. This time after lots of

exercise, zinc supplements, and good diet it went up by about 118 to 446.

Anyhow, if anyone knows if these levels are healthy or not for a 26 year old

please let me know your thoughts. I think the 328 was too low but now I am at

the bottom of what I would consider normal. But with the free I really have no

idea. 12.9 seems a bit low if the cut off for normal is 9 on a range of 9 to

30.

Anyone researched this more than me?
