Hi all,

I TRY to stay aware as much as I can on politics; I won't state my

views here as there is always someone I might unintentionally offend.

One organization from which I get emails is quite uesful I find; it is

completely non-partisan. They keep you up to date on all issues in the

House of Representatives, Congress and the Senate.

It's setup so you can give direct feedback or state your opinions to

your elected officials. I know well that this seems to be pretty damn

futile at times, but there are an awful lot of us.....

I am hoping that sooner or later they MIGHT listen; we can certainly

express ONE thing which we are likely affected by; the abysmal state of

the 'new' Medicare system and the need for some change. It would be

wonderful if they could cover PREVENTATIVE medicine as well as

conventional; this would help cut back on costs rather than our current

situation.
