I just started using the sleepy time head rest after someone else on line posted it. I just love it. Kennedy is a really good eater. As long as meat is chopped up finely she has no problems. She drinks from a spill proof sippy cup it has to be spill proof so that she can control the flow. She does not talk but makes lots of noise, she doesn't walk either but is a very happy little lady. They do make different versions of the seat and depending on the level of support your child needs, you can opt for 5-point harness or standard seatbelt version. Hope that helps.
