In Virginia, my premiums did not increase, but I was told that I can only do

nonablative stuff, no tattoo removal, and no one under the age of 21.

CA I was told my malpractice could go up as high as 25% depending on the

procedures.

If you are really interested in the aesthetics, I suggest you check on the details

of " depending on the procedures " because laser skin work can vary. The

risk of ablative laser work for skin re-surfacing is a very different thing for

example. And if you consider the real danger of some of the medicines we

prescribe and the potential harm of a missed diagnosis, from a liability standpoint,

a non-ablative laser, or short term complication from Botox, are rather mild.Good luck,TimOn
