Good apt-the doc is not getting rid of the oCD but really sees the PDD-NOS is very strong, BUT he wants an eval from a neuropsychologist done and insurance doesn't pay and I cannot pay so.. He added tennex and is reducing the risperdal to .25 due to my son having tongue movements ( but he had these before the med and they appear sporadically but he wants to be safe). So my 7 year old will be on 4 meds. Zolft 50mg, .25 risperdal, not sure the dose on the tennex (have to get it filled) and Meletonin if needed. Just wondered about this med.
