Greetings Fellow Sufferers,

1. I just was curious to know if other people ran a low-grade fever with their

RA?

2. I no longer get any reaction at all form Ben-Gay, Icy Hot, Capsasin (sp.?)

and other rubs. Has anyone else experienced this?

someone here once suggested tiger balm to me. I do still try all those lotions,

and sometimes they help, but not always. sometimes ibuprofen helps but not

always, sometimes ice helps, sometimes heat- I am never sure what will help

anymore. Sometimes a warm bath, sometimes not. It sure can get frustrating

so I do still have all those lotions, Ben Gay, Aspercream, Tiger Balm etc.

It's lovely stuff from China that comes in a jar. You can get it at

natural food stores. There are a few kinds--I like Tiger Balm RED. It

gives a strong warming sensation when you rub it on.
