Guest guest
Michele, Welcome to the group. What a story, I hope now that you hav a place to stay maybe you could get some medical attention and start someone working on disability for you. My prayers are with you. You seem very strong willed, which I think can make a big difference. Michele wrote: Hello my name is Michele, I am new to the group and I wanted to introduce my self. I have Fibromyalgia. Guest guest
Hi and welcome. Growing up I was told I had growing pains, I did not know growing was supposed to hurt. Oh, it is just growing pains, as you go bewildered back to bed. Like you I think I had it in childhood unless growing is painful. I hope you find a home here. Guest guest
Phil as you wrote about Detox, I have only ever heard about it as a way for people with drug problems and acholics to get well. I have no clue what you are speaking of sorry. What is Detox that you speak about? And is some thing like this costly? I am so sorry for being dumb. Guest guest
It is good to detox from all the pollutants we breathe and chemicals we eat and drink. 'There are many companies who tout their particular detox as better than all the rest. It is best to talk to a pharmacist or doctor before taking any particular one. Some people detox with enemas, yuk, not for me. You can also detox by eating herbal substances in capsule form that clean out the digestive system and the various organs that can retain toxins. But, many are harsh and can cause cramps and diarrhea so it's important to be very careful before choosing one. A recommendation from a health professional may even lead you to the neighborhood health food store. I paid about $50 for a 2 stage program but the 2nd stage was too harsh and I stopped taking it, which the label said to do. At some time I will take it again at a much lower dose. I took it to detox from insecticides. Just be sure to investigate very carefully. Re: Re: I am new to the group and wanted to share...... Guest guest
Good morning, First of all have you been to the doctor? And if you have what did he say? If not you should see him soon, many things can cause the symptoms you describe. Until you get more information I sure you will find this group supportive. It is very hard to study if you can't concentrate. What are you studying? I used to tape all questions and answers for examines and play them all the time in car, before bed, doing dishes until I knew them. College is very stressful, how many classes are you taking? Can you cut back? Kate
