I know I haven't written much,

or even tried to keep in touch,

but things 'round here are crazy!

Every time I pick up my pen,

with solid intentions to write,

some new problem happens again,

it's NOT that I have turned lazy!

For those of you who simply forgot

to tell me where to send letters,

I understand...man, this summer is hot,

and it aint gonna get any better!

and anyone who WANTS me to,

I'd love to send letters to YOU!!!

I promise....here's what I'll do....

I PROMISE to send you a letter!!!

Just e-mail an address, twill be a treasure,

for, I love to write...it's my greatest pleasure...

I just gotta find the time!

is sending ,right now, a smile.........

just for YOU!

and that, dear friends, is something I mean

that to ALL of you, I do!!!!

Sooner, or later, it's gotta get quiet...

This circus can't stay forever!

But, while it's here, WOOF ,what a riot!!!

Will the kids leave the house before I die?

sometimes it seems like " never " !

Anyway, enough of this...

I just wanted you all to know

I'm sending you all a big sloppy kiss,

and a huge hug: soon, letters WILL show!

Oh, and by the way, you guys don't GET no kiss!!!

that's NOT " how I am " , you aint my style....

a good solid handshake for you is this...

I don't post often but I enjoy reading your poems. I am not feeling well
