PANDAS- infectious disease doc in PA?

My daughter is currently being treated for a strep infection. She had been on

cephelexon for 20 days, then zithromax for 5 days (we had planned on at least a

10 day dose) and today tested positive for strep again. We are working with Dr.

Trifiletti as well as our pediatrician. The ped. prescribed Augmentin today and

sugg. we see an infectious disease Dr. next. Does anyone know of an infectious

disease doc near PA who believes in PANDAS? My pediatrician left messages for a

few that he has worked with. His message said, " I know you believe in Santa

Claus and the Easter Bunny, but do you believe in PANDAS? " So far, no luck...
