$$ What do you pay for a sitter??

Ok, I need to take an inventory.

What do you guys pay for a sitter for one or two kids? If you can

find a qualified sitter, that is.

We've gone without one much too long. We finally got a response to an

ad we place leaving the pay open.

We offered $6.00 for one child and $7.00 and hour for both.

She said she's use to getting $10. an hour. Are we that far off?? I

know rates are different across states but I was just looking for a

general average.

Please tell me what you feel is adequate.
