Guest guest
Hi Marina and hello board. Marina, my heart goes out to you. I see the storm wave is back. I have been away too. And that's okay. I have surgery to contemplate and prepare for. that's if I choose to go through with it, and I want this to be totally my decision since I will be the one to live with the results. Sometimes we all need to pull away, go to a quite place to make some tough decisions without the input of others from time to time. Nonetheless, I visit the mailbox regularly to read the mail and just read your message. I am really proud of you for hanging in there thus far through the tough times. You are doing well and an inspiration to me. Sometimes you can inspire others without even knowing it or meaning to. I too am without RA meds for 6 months now. The liver enzymes have not gone down. It's tough being without the meds. If you are without your meds due to income, I left the drug assistance telephone number in my last e-mail to call and I will leave it at the end of this one too. This can be a tough condition to live with. However, none of us leave this earth without a doozy of a story to tell it seems. Tragedy strikes some of us in the womb, as a child, as a teenager, as a young adult, mature adult, golden years, etc. but it seems to strike at one time or another and it continues to come in waves and always return for as long as you live, such is life. But thank God for the happy times even if they are few and far in between. Just remember to hold on tight to your anchor (God, family, friends, loved ones, etc.) each time the tragedy wave hits so that you not only survive but THRIVE and thrive you must. Please accept the help from your sister, please. She obviously loves you and wants to help. Don't deprive her of a chance to help her sister in a time of need. Please accept help from your friends, from us here at the board, if you are in need just accept it. Help has come to me from the most unexpected sources from people you never would think would help you.. Accept it and save your strength and energy for the waves of the tragedy storm that comes to all of us throughout this wonderful journey called life. blessings, kisses and hugs to you all. take gentle care of yourself. Now, better post the phone number again before I forget: MONTEL ON THE MOVE AGAIN FOR PPA Montel is once again on the road on behalf of the Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA).
