Guest guest
We have been putting veggies in bread anad cakes and cookies ever since Elie started eating table food. Can't see it, even I don't taste it, and it boosts the nutrition enormously. Pureed spinach can be most of the liquid, pureed carrots and squash add sweetness, broccoli has to be in something that has a taste of its own because it is stronger tasting, but dense chocolate or spice cake covers it up. Just some of the tricks we use. OH _ and I never use oil in baking - only applesauce or another fruit puree.
