Which herbs?

Hi again,

I've been reading previous posts here and talking with some other

people, and have quite a long list of herbs to try. I was wondering

if anyone, after reading my history, could recommend a few to try

first. I don't have a lot of money so am not keen on buying lots of

different things that may not work.

The list I have includes maca, yohimbe, tongkat ali, muira puama,

rhodia, catuaba, horny goat weed, tribulus, mucuna pruriens, ginseng,

nettle root, and saw palmetto.

I don't know what most of these things are, but there are a few

caveats for me. I don't eat grains, potatoes or legumes, though a

little of a starchy veg like parsnip is OK (not sure where maca is

classified there). Also, I do not want to introduce any more

substances to my system that are going to mess it up. I'm dubious

about yohimbe, as it apparently stimulates noradrenaline, which I

don't want, and can cause high blood pressure. Currently I am taking

ginkgo biloba and ashwagandha, which seem to help with my cortisol if

not my sexual problems.

Any advice is much appreciated, thanks,

.
