Congratulations on the weight loss, but the most important thing is how great

you are feeling!! It's good to know you are doing well. Don't worry about

not doing much taebo, all exercise is good when it's done consistently.

It seems you've found a good schedule that works for you, keep up the

good work, and remember 'slow weightloss' is THE best way!
