Guest guest
I can't believe we're almost over the hump! Who woulda thunk? I did AL4 again...truly my favorite (though I can't wait for AL6 and the new 4-pack). I ate 25 WW points...22 of which were healthy (hehehe)...and drank water out the wazoo! Regarding those punches...the ones with the fist facing up when the arm is bent...start slowly and gradually build up...y'all can do it (especially if I can, and I can!) Talk to y'all manyana. :-)

Barb who is seesawing between ordering automatic starting with BL4 having BL1,2,and 3 or automatic starting with AL6 having all but AL5 or the new LIVE 4tape set not wanting to get too many goodies at once and am leaning towards the Basic even though there is more for the money in the Advanced work-outs cuz I enjoy the slower pace
Guest guest
I figure if I'm not inspired by the second time I try a tape, then I'm likely to let it collect dust. I didn't even open AL5 before sending it back after hearing about it from you gals because I detest floor work. That tape would be collecting bigtime cobwebs! I found the original Instructional & Basic with the coupon for the 8 minute tape for $20 and the Advanced with the sneak preview for a low of $15, meaning if shopping wisely in a local store, all 4 tapes would have been $35 plus tax. Barb who bought the Instructional & Basic with a free 8 minute coupon at a discount for $34 last May and was pissed my sister who let them collect dust soon afterwards got the 4 tape set at her price club for $42 but has since then, wormed her Advanced tape into my possession till she wants it back
Guest guest
Re: Woo Hooo!!!! Day 10 down! > WHAT IS IT with this new 4 pack. Are they entirely new tapes? The new 4-pack is different...it's a live version of the Instructional, Basic, Advanced and 8-minute. Supposedly, the new Instructional video is really good. I think it's an hour long. who is hoping and praying that a miracle will happen and she'll get her tapes by Friday
