Guest guest
Hello, I havent welcomed all our new comers and know you all will enjoy this group as I do!! so wonderful, now for a question to the group, I love all the great things I read lately out there about behaviors meaning something, and I really believe this, but just wondering if yall can help me. I write every day and through the day about s moods etc.in his journal and try to find a pattern, and sometimes his behaviors tell me things and then I can adjust and figure things out. we are trying a reflux med. to see if this could help and then do a scope to see if this could be an issue. it is when his mood swings are sudden and extreme, ex. 2 days ago-wild, yelling, uncomfortable, scratching, laughing, not sleeping as well, would calm some in day, then back to jumping out of his skin, then yesterday, suddenly, (he was watching a show) he calmed waaaaay down, it was so extremely different and I was so happy to see him feeling better. this lasted all day, then again today, back to hyper, wild and uncomfortable.(just a little more extreme in how very differnt his moods get and so fast from one to another) havent had ear problems for a while, not sick, or anything I can tell, he gets constipated and I know this can be an issue, but do you all have any other ideas? I just wonder when you know or the dr. knows when it is actually a " mood swing " We are not on meds. now but just wondering if you all had ideas about how to tell the difference between mood swings, a medical issue,or something else. should I ask the dr. to do a test for diabetes, he hasnt that I know of been tested for this? anyway, thanks for reading, I am very weary and just wish he could feel calm inside, thanks Dawn
