Guest guest
Happy birthday to all those celebrating their birthday's in February. Trisha celebrates hers on Feb. 18th and will be 14. Can you believe it? How time does fly. I guess I am the odd ball here again as I love celebrating her birthday and it holds no sadness for me in fact just the opposite, I am so glad she is here and even though she can be very high maintenance and drive me crazy at times, I am so grateful that she is here with us and through so many obstacles she has had to face along with her family. So each birthday is symbol saying we made it through again and we still strong and our love has only grown stronger. Heck, I wouldn't trade this child in for the world! I just plain love her. :-) Although last night you may have wondered because we had one of those nights where she was in a defying mood about going to bed. It wasn't until after 1:00 a.m. that I finally got her to sleep. I'm wondering if the antibiotics or the predisone might have something to do with that? Carol Trishasmom She isn't typical, She's Trisha! If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you've always gotten.

They moved to California this past April and things just went down hill from there. She told me one day she thought about wrecking the car she was so depressed. They made her stop working and that seems to be helping a little bit and her husband is trying for a transfer back to the east coast which I think will help a whole lot. Every time they move she gets depressed and this was before the medical crisis and amputations. From using the prosthesis her back has been giving her problems and they said she might have to have surgery on her back. I don't know why they keep asking for transfers when they know she has never been able to tolerate being away from family for any length of time. But they do, she gets depressed and then they come back here. I don't know how to help so I just wait for her to come to me and let me know what she needs.
