Every morning and every evening I take the following to hopefully kill off any bug that comes into my body. It will not make me stronger or help my lugs or immune system, it supposedly just kills bugs. I can not afford to have one more pneumonia. It has been nine months since I have been sick. I will let you know if I get anything. Two years is about the longest I have gone in the last 30 years without getting sick.

Here is what I take: One pill of Monolaurin by Ecological Formulas (it is coconut oil in some form) , One pill of Garlicin by Doctor's Formula (garlic and other things) and one pill of Oregano Force by New Chapter Inc. (just oregano oil) You can get the liquid oregano but I can't stand to take it, seven drops is the amount.

I am a nutritionist. I eat no sugar, wheat, dairy, hydrogenated oils, or fried foods.

I get my oregano oil from Puritans Pride and I noted that they also carry coconut oil (which I have not used). I also use Kyolic 1800 mg. (garlic), NAC, and Ester C 6000mg daily, in additon to losts of other stuff. Try their web page www.1800vitamins.com.
