A hard time to judge anything, I'd think.The best thing with any new treatments with Lyme is to bring no expectations, just attention and maybe make a note of it. Watch and see.Be well,LénaAs I posted here yesterday, I bought a wrist band and cord. I used it for the first time last evening while I was on the computer. Instructions are to go slow so I only did it for maybe 40 minutes. In the middle of the night I wokevery nervous, jittery, foggy brain, and buzzing sensations in my armsand legs. I have felt this way before but it isn't often! I wonder if I am having a reaction to the earthing or just a flare up? I wasn't really expecting anything from this other than a better night's sleep.
