It's about learning how to keep your pain at a tolerable level. It's about enjoying life again, despite your pain. And it's about accepting that you can control your future. You can look for solutions. Keep track of little goals. Living well despite chronic pain has a lot to do with the attitude and lifestyle. It's people who are able to approach their condition with a positive attitude and a willingness to change who are often the most successful in coping with their pain. Become more physically active. not sure where i got this from but I know I read this somewhere. and there is a book out there that I would love for you to check out it is called Pain is just a four letter word by Sridhar V Vasudevan.
