Miralax ileus gas / holding

I just wanted to let everyone know that I spoke to an woman this week who

has been on Miralax for 3 years and she confirmed the gas and stool are in there, she knows it, but can't get it out. This never happened before the Miralax. This has been my concern from day one when my dd's gas became enormous after being on this medication, and needs to be promted to pass. There are several parents complaining that their child can no longer go without it. I found a symptom on the FDA adverse reaction reports several times, pointed out by my Physician, called ileus, a paralytic condition of the bowels. If this is indeed the case, these poor children can't go or pass the gas if they wanted to.................how sad.
