Ya-hoo Joan! You are doing wonderful!! Is this week #2 that you have been

back on the wagon? What are you aiming for to get back on track? Like how

many workouts per week? I will have to try Total B2. You don't have any idea

which tv workout it is, do ya??? I actually have never opened my Total

tapes..LOL.. I'd love to do the same workout soon so I know the pain you are

talking about..hee..hee.

Yup, week 2 for me. I'm printing out my workout calendar so I can keep

track of length, intensity and workout. I'm shooting for 5-6 days a week,

but I only managing between 3-4 so far. I don't know what tv workout it is,

but it really kicked my butt! The front of my thighs and my butt hurt so

much that sometimes I just walk around the house saying, " ouch, ouch, ouch " !

If Sawyer keeps sleeping half-way decent then I can probably manage 5-6 times a

week as well. In all actuality, it would work out perfect cuz my husband is

still here in the mornings until 5:30 SO if I got my butt in gear, I could go

work out in the gym even, since he's in the house while Sawyer's still

sleeping. (I've just been doing them in the house now) The gym needs some

cleaning though...grr... My list of things to do is never-ending!!

think I have it on a tape w/ three other tv workouts so I may have to do a

Thank you Charlotte :) Yes, mornings are hard. But I do much better if I do

it right away in the day. Pre-Sawyer I used to get up at 4:00 a.m. and

sometimes workout up to 2 hours!! Eekso... I will never be able to do that

again!! I do miss those days though. The rush after doing a couple excellent

workouts....

It does feel great to have the " bug " again. I'm pretty sure I can do this as

long as Sawyer sleeps in in the mornings and gives me time to get a workout

in :)

I'm also chugging the water. I have slipped big-time in that department also.

Yeah, I can as long as I have time to get my butt showered and to work :) He

was up at 4 the past two mornings to nurse so he was all done eating and back

to sleep by the time I had to get up to Ta-bocize myself :)
